Zhixun Technology respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of our services. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Zhixun Technology will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Zhixun Technology will handle this information with a high degree of diligence and prudent obligation. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Zhixun Technology will not disclose this information to third parties without your prior permission. Zhixun Technology may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to our Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Service Agreement.

1.1 Personal registration information you provide when registering a Zhixun Technology account.

1.2 Information automatically collected by Zhixun Technology when you use our services or visit our platform pages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and webpage records you request.

1.3 User personal data obtained by Zhixun Technology from business partners through legitimate channels.

The following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy: keyword information entered when using search services; measures taken by Zhixun Technology for violations of laws or platform rules.

Shenzhen Zhixun Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhixun Technology") focuses on cross-border e-commerce ecosystem SaaS, providing services covering Warehouse Management (WMS), International Logistics (TMS), Order Management (OMS), Customs Compliance, ERP, Private Domain Marketing, and BI Data Analysis across the entire value chain. We are committed to becoming the digital infrastructure for cross-border e-commerce through aPaaS and big data.

Our products serve Chinese cross-border sellers — enterprises registered in China that sell goods to overseas consumers via Temu, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other cross-border e-commerce platforms.

(1) Information you actively provide: registration info such as phone, email, company name, contact person, position; business data entered in our system; information provided when contacting customer support.

(2) Data from authorized cross-border platforms: When you bind your store accounts on Temu, Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop via OAuth, we obtain the following business-essential data through official platform APIs:

• Order information: order ID, order status, order amount, order time, product details
• Product information: SKU, product title, price, quantity, images
• Logistics information: tracking number, shipping status, tracking trajectory
• Customer basic information: recipient name, address, phone, email (used only for after-sales and logistics scenarios)
• Customer service messages: as authorized by the platform

(3) Automatically collected information: device info (model, OS version), log info (access time, pages, duration), IP address, browser type, cookies and similar technologies.

4.1 Core business use: Information obtained is used only to provide cross-border e-commerce ecosystem SaaS services, including order management, warehouse management, logistics management, customs compliance, ERP management, private domain marketing, BI analysis, and aPaaS.

4.2 What we explicitly do NOT do:

• Do not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties;
• Do not use your customer data for cross-platform or cross-merchant profile merging;
• Do not use your data to train general-purpose or non-personalized AI/ML models;
• Do not push marketing content to you without your consent.

4.3 After you revoke platform store authorization, Zhixun Technology will stop accessing data and delete relevant data within 30 days.

5.1 Except as expressly stated in this Policy, Zhixun Technology will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5.2 We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: with your prior consent; to share with third parties as required to provide products and services you request; as required by law, regulation, or administrative/judicial authorities; if you violate applicable Chinese laws, regulations, or our service agreement.

5.3 Cross-border platforms accessed via OAuth are located overseas. Data obtained from these platforms is "data inbound." Zhixun Technology commits to processing such data strictly in accordance with Chinese law after entry, and will not re-transfer your data overseas (unless you separately provide written consent).

5.4 Service providers: To provide complete services, Zhixun Technology may engage qualified professional service providers for cloud services, SMS/email services, payment services, customer support outsourcing, etc. Zhixun Technology has signed strict confidentiality agreements with all such service providers.

6.1 Storage location: Your information is stored by default on servers located in mainland China, including but not limited to Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud and other compliant cloud service providers in mainland China availability zones.

6.2 Storage period:

• Order fulfillment data: 24 months
• Product information: 24 months
• Customer basic information: 30 days after order delivery (maximum retention period)
• Logistics information: 12 months after order completion
• Customer service messages: 36 months
• Behavior events (cart add/abandonment, etc.): 90 days
• Audit logs: 36 months
• Backup data: main data retention period + 12 months

6.3 Security measures: TLS 1.2+ transmission encryption, AES-128+ storage encryption, RBAC + multi-factor authentication access control, complete audit logs, security audits at least annually, 24-hour incident response mechanism.

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you as a data subject have the following rights:

7.1 Right to know; 7.2 Right to decide; 7.3 Right of access; 7.4 Right of correction; 7.5 Right of deletion (under legally defined circumstances); 7.6 Right to withdraw consent; 7.7 Right of data portability (where technically feasible); 7.8 Right to complain and report.

Response time: Zhixun Technology will respond to your request within 30 days; if extension is needed, no later than 45 days.

Zhixun Technology may set or access cookies on your computer to enable login or use of cookie-dependent services. You may refuse cookies via browser settings, but this may limit your use of certain features. Information obtained via cookies is subject to this Policy.

Sensitive personal information processed by Zhixun Technology includes: ID documents (only for cross-border customs and refund verification); payment information (only for refund verification, no full card numbers stored); minors' information (Zhixun Technology does not target minors). Separate consent will be obtained before processing sensitive personal information.

Zhixun Technology does not target minors under 14. If minors' personal information is collected, it will be deleted immediately. Guardians may contact privacy@ccitu.com for deletion requests.

When sellers use Zhixun Technology's services on overseas platforms, overseas consumer data may be involved. If overseas consumers submit data subject requests (DSR) through you, Zhixun Technology will assist you in responding within 30 days.

Zhixun Technology may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via website announcement.
